No universal accuracy warranty
Accuracy statements are project-specific and are made in the proposal. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty of accuracy for any particular site or deliverable.
Not a certified survey
3D reality capture and modelling are different from legally certified cadastral, title or boundary surveying. We do not provide certified survey services. Where certification is required, the work may need to be completed in collaboration with an appropriately licensed surveying professional.
Deliverables and limitations
Deliverables represent conditions visible from accessible scan positions at the time of capture. Concealed elements, and elements changed after capture, are not represented.
